_{I open art trades when I feel I have the time (I never like it when someone's done their half then I finish mine WAAAY late. Therefore, I only open trades when I make sure I have the time :]
That aside, I usually do art trades with anyone who asks, given that my art trades are open at the time :]I love art trades above anything else!

_{The only time I take requests is when I offer them, usually on my journal I'll have a couple slots open where people can ask for them, if I do want to take on a couple requests. Also, requests also are done at my leisure, as they are free, and are therefore completed VERY SLOWLY.
But requests can be changed to Art Trades, and in that way, the request will be done sooner :] (if that sounds biased to you, THEN IT IS D: )
I don't really like requests because they're not as cool as trades D:
Otherwise, close friends of mine get requests regardless :3}
