When someone can lie through their teeth, over and over, even when you keep calling them out on it, challenging them on it; that's pretty bad. In my opinion, a continuous lie is one of the greatest betrayals one can make. There is no excuse for it.

Me myself, I'm a terrible liar and it takes a lot of willpower to be able to even lie. And when I do, I feel terrible. And usually, if I do lie, I tell the person the truth eventually, all on my own, by my own choice. You don't have to tear the truth from me; I offer it freely. And especially after what I've been through; I will never lie again. Especially if I lie to avoid hurting someone; lying hurts them so much more. The truth is always better, and I will stand by that, all my life, no matter what.
